Overview

Local BOX (the "App") is a macOS application for storing business documents in line with Japan's Electronic Books Preservation Act, provided by MGK, KK (the "Company"). The App is designed with user privacy as the top priority.

Data Collection

The App does not collect any personal information or usage data.

• The App works completely offline and performs no network communication.
• The App contains no analytics, telemetry, or crash reporting.
• Stored documents, entered information (such as partner names and amounts), and the administrator account you create are saved only on your Mac and are never transmitted externally.
• Backup files are created on your Mac; storing and managing them is the user's own responsibility.

Where Data Is Stored

All data handled by the App is stored only within the App's area on your Mac. Neither the Company nor any third party can access this data.

Third-Party Sharing

Since no data is collected, no data is shared with third parties.
